Pick-up / Return:

• The rental vehicle can be picked up Monday to Saturday between 9:30 and 13:30 or by arrangement. The rental vehicle is handed over fully fueled and cleaned. Return is Monday to Saturday between 13:30 and 17:30 or by arrangement. The rental vehicle must be returned fully fueled and cleaned.

• For late returns, in addition to the agreed costs according to the rental contract, the corresponding standard rate from the current price list will be charged and deducted from the deposited deposit.

• If the renter does not pick up the rental vehicle within 1 hour of the agreed time, the rental company is not obliged to hold the reservation.

• If the renter returns the rental vehicle earlier than agreed in the rental contract, there is no right to a refund of the rental price stated in the rental contract.

 

Payment:

The rental amount is due upon online booking or pickup of the rental vehicle before it is put into operation. At the latest when picking up the rental vehicle, a deposit of 1,500 € is due, which must be deposited with the rental company by credit card or cash payment.

Insurance / Damage Handling:

• Statutory liability insurance and comprehensive insurance are included in the rental price. The deductible of the insurance per claim is to be paid by the renter and amounts to 1,500 €.

• The renter is obliged to report any damage to the rental company immediately. The insurance cover is valid only in Spain.

Free Kilometers / Fuel:

• The daily rental is valid from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm including 200 km per day free.

• The half-day rental is valid from Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 1:30 pm or 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm including 100 km per day free.

• From Friday 2:30 pm to Monday 9:00 am the weekend rate applies including 500 km free.

• The rental vehicle is handed over to the renter fully fueled and must be returned fully fueled. Only 95 super gasoline is to be used. The renter is liable for any damage caused by incorrect fueling.

 

Cancellation Conditions:

If the rental contract is canceled before the pickup of the rental vehicle, the rental company has the right to charge the following cancellation fees as a percentage of the total rental price:

• Up to 30 days before the rental start: 20%

• Up to 15 days before the rental start: 50%

• Less than 14 days before the rental start: 70%

• Less than 7 days before the rental start: 90%

• On the day of the rental start: 100%

 

of the agreed rental price.

 

General:

• The renter is obliged to present a driving license for the desired rental vehicle.

• The transfer of the rental vehicle to third parties is prohibited.

• The use of the rental vehicle on racetracks is prohibited. Improper handling of the rental vehicle is prohibited.

• The costs for a violation of the traffic regulations are to be borne by the renter.
